sMurfKILLER (Same with evie)
fatpandadimitri (Joins your faction and lets evie and smurf tpa to him and spawn kill you)
Any others you may know please post it and i'll edit the post.
I dont know why you guys dont ban them makes other players quit.

Mainly you just have to be able to trust bs'ers. Cheaters mainly entain scamming/hacking. Scamming is mainly through trading and not faction joining/leaving.

You could make something like you can't tp while in combat for 1 minute or something
and i agree with Exodus evie and surfkilla are big liars
