The black market in the sewers

They should sell these items but expensive since its a black market like say 500 minimum or 1k
-Sponge
-Mossy cobblestone
-Mob heads like wither.skeleton or creeper
-bottle o enchanting
-beacons
-cds
-firework stars
-Armor since funpvp was removed
-Enchantable books if possible
-Nether stars
-Cobweb
-Lava buckets
-Redstone lamps
And other things you might think are also part of that list.
It should be located in the sewers where any one can use it under Arkenstone.

i believe that you can still get lava buckets in belegost, ill double check later on. Good suggestion well probably do this soon.
